Pea Soup and Swedish Pancake Supper

The American Scandinavian Association at Augustana will host its traditional winter Pea Soup and Swedish Pancake Supper with a program by Dr. Norm Moline, retired professor of geography at Augustana, and Janet Moline.

Masks are required.

The evening begins with social time and punch at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6. The menu includes yellow pea soup, including a vegetarian version, Swedish mustard, apple red cabbage salad, limpa and Swedish rye bread, cheese, cookies, Swedish pancakes and lingonberries, and decaf coffee.
