His topic will be&nbsp\;“Science and Sustainable Development.”&nbsp\;\n\nOther speakers and panelists include:\n\n• Billy Lynn&nbsp\;– “Environmental Economics and Climate Change Doubt.” Lynn is professor of economics at St. Ambrose University.\n\n• Teresa Cushing&nbsp\;– “Industrial Environmental Stewardship.” Cushing is former enterprise technology manager for Caterpillar Inc. and is now senior project manager for Highlander Innovation.\n\n• Jennifer Walling&nbsp\;– “Environmental Policy.” Walling is executive director of the Illinois Environmental Council.\n\nThe&nbsp\;Whiteside&nbsp\;Forum\, established in 1985\, is a nonpartisan\, not-for-profit community group that sponsors presentations and discussions of issues of importance and interest to the public.\n
