Mindful Eating presentation

Augustana College and St. Ambrose University will offer a Mindful Eating presentation by dietitian Sue Clarahan of Iowa City.  All are welcome.

Clarahan was honored as the Outstanding Dietitian of the Year by the Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2007. She is certified as a registered dietitian through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. 

This event for National Eating Disorders Awareness Week  is coordinated by  Merrisa Brown, a communication studies and graphic design major at Augustana, as a Senior Inquiry project.
