The Office of Multicultural Services will be hosting a Mindfulness Mini-Retreat. 

Participants will learn and practice mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, increase focus, and cultivate compassion through:

• Mindful walking to increase present moment awareness
• Mindful sitting to develop stronger concentration and focus
• Loving kindness to cultivate compassion for self and others
