ITS help connecting devices

For students who need help connecting device to the network, the ITS Department will have someone stationed near Brew by the Slough  from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to help you through the process.  

If you need to register your television or game station, you can manually do that by going to: netreg.augustana.edu/selfreg

You will need to enter the MAC (or wifi) address of your device. If you do not know where to find that information, here is a list of popular devices and where to find that number. (If it is not included, you should be able to Google it.)
