Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble and Concert Chorale performance
The Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble, Augustana Concert Chorale and Augustana Academic Chorus will perform.
The concert will feature winners of the annual Webster Competition. Monetary awards are presented annually to voice students in pursuit of a vocal career. This year's winners are sopranoes Sarah Walton, representing the music theatre division, and Maria Coulter, representing the classical division.

The Steven Boone Webster Vocal Performance Award was established in 1998 by Steven's parents, Earl and Leila Anseen Webster, his sister Silvia Anseen Webster, and many friends. Mrs. Webster's parents, the Rev. Nils Peter and Mrs. Augusta Sundberg Anseen, were a strong influence on Steven Webster.
Rev. Anseen was an 1897 graduate of Augustana, and graduated from the seminary in 1902. Mrs. Anseen was talented in both voice and organ and served the Augustana Lutheran Church in several administrative capacities.
