Well-being lab: Mindful movement/yoga

This workshop hosted by Dr. Lena Hann is for students to practice mindful movements. 

Mindful movement allows people to check in with their bodies and get moving in a way that can help them lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen their mind-body connection. It's a great way to practice self-care by incorporating both mental and physical well-being.
