Augustana Jazz Ensemble concert

The Augustana Jazz Ensemble and the newly formed Jazz Lab Band will perform, directed by Dr. Joel Linscheid.

The newly formed Jazz Lab Band will perform "Smooth Talk" by Maria Schneider; "Mamacita" by Joe Henderson, arr. Terry White; and "Doxy" by Sonny Rollins, arr Mark Taylor.

The Augustana Jazz Ensemble will perform "Vine Street Rumble" by Benny Carter; "Big Dipper" by Thad Jones; "Mood Indigo" by Duke Ellington and other pieces.
