Karen Erickson married George Briggs on March 9, 2018.
1987
Lynette Skow Rasmussen received the Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog by Troels Mandel Vensild, Minister Counsellor of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, representing her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. This award is in appreciation for her service to the Danish Embassy in Washington, D.C., her work with trade delegations, and her promotion of cultural activities and exchanges. She has acted as Honorary Consul for the Kingdom of Denmark since 2010.
1990
Cheryl True is a physician with True Lifestyle Medicine Clinic in Davenport, Iowa, and is part of the Walk With a Doc program, recently featured in Iowa Medicine Magazine. The program involves a physician and/or other healthcare professional giving a brief presentation on a health topic, and then leading a walk. The program is beginning to partner with veterinary clinics as well.
1995
Michael Wahlmann played cello in concerts with the band Foreigner in Sioux City and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in March, and contracted the 14-piece orchestra as well.

Stephanie Sea, a trauma surgeon, joined the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Wash.

Clyde Andrew Walter received the Jay Bleeke Young Professionals Award from the Association of Lutheran Development Executives. He is campaign director and major gift officer at Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago.
