Commencement 2019 in photos, video

Six hundred and 17 students became alumni Sunday at Augustana's 159th Commencement Convocation.

Those receiving their degrees come from 22 states, one U.S. territory, and 13 countries. Nearly half were double majors, and nearly half already have confirmed plans for after graduation — either for jobs or graduate school.

Amid the pomp and circumstances, graduates and parents reflect on the past four years through smiles and tears.
