'Dynamic Traditions' exhibit on display until May 23
This spring semester, the Thomas Tredway Library is hosting "Dynamic Traditions," an exhibit exploring continuity, creativity and adaptation in Native North American art.
The exhibit was researched and curated by Augustana Prison Education Program students in a history class taught by Dr. Jane Simonsen at the East Moline Correctional Center. The exhibit features work from the college's Olson-Brandelle collection and was staged by Augustana's Center for Visual Culture.
The exhibit is displayed at the center of the library's second floor. It will be on display until May 23, the Friday of finals week.
