Schone '11 brings farm background to the city

Growing up amid the corn and soybean fields of central Illinois, Ryan Schone '11 learned all about conventional farming. But he's taking a decidedly urban detour, working as a food systems educator with the University of Wisconsin Extension. He's helped establish the Emerging Farmer Program and microfarms throughout the Milwaukee area. Schone majored in geography at Augustana. Read more
