Tim Faith '11: fastest beer-maker in the world?
Tim Faith '11 ran cross-country and track in college, but kept speeding up — clocking a 15:25 5K — as he worked his way through the world of craft beer. He's now an R&D brewer at Goose Island Beer Company in Chicago.
Runner's World reached out to the 29-year-old runner to find out how he balances drinking beer every day (for work) with racing, his tips on long-distance brewery crawls, and what would make the perfect post-run beer.
At Augustana, Faith majored in biology/microbiology and ethics, ran track and cross country, and was involved with Farm2Fork.
