Arrival and move-in for international students, spring 2025
New international students should plan to arrive at Augustana College Jan. 30-31, 2025, for the spring semester. The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (OISSS) will provide pick-up from the airport (MLI) or bus service and shuttle students to the college.
Students can check in at Swanson Hall between 8 a.m. and midnight to pick up their keys and then proceed to their assigned Residence Hall (housing room assignment).
Important: Be sure to complete the travel plans form to help us make arrangements for your arrival. Students will need to send the Office of International Student & Scholar Services a complete itinerary (not just arrival time in Moline).
As a reminder, transportation to campus will be provided for all international students arriving on the mandatory arrival dates of Jan. 30-31, 2025. For students who arrive outside of those dates, please contact the Office of International Admissions, so that options for transportation can be identified.
