Mycophiles hope to connect students with the power of fungi through destigmatization and educational opportunities.

This group is designed to raise community awareness of the hidden fungal kingdom; promote food independence; advocate for environmental restoration, preservation and growth; create hands-on research opportunities for students; make a long-lasting scientific impact; and network with communal, national and global mycology-centered organizations.
