Application status
Applications and documents are imported into our system daily, and no application is reviewed until all required documents are received.
Early decision and early action applicants must complete an application and submit required documents by Nov. 1. The regular decision application deadline is April 1.
In addition to the application, Augustana requires:
- An official high school transcript.
- A secondary school report (counselor report).
Augustana does not require an ACT or SAT score for admission or merit-based scholarship. Read more about test-optional.
Some high schools include a standard school profile with each transcript. However, the secondary school report we require is a separate document that asks your high school counselor to answer questions specifically about you. You can download and send a blank report at SendEDU or use the NACAC blank secondary school report.
We frequently reach out to students before we make a final admissions decision. Check your email and answer your phone if you see someone from Augustana (usually area code 309) is trying to reach you.
How do I know if my application is complete?
You were sent an email with instructions about logging into your online portal after your application was processed. In the portal, you can track the status of your application and see what documents we have received.
If you need assistance or cannot locate your login information, call the Office of Admissions at 309-794-7341 or contact your admissions counselor.
