Foundations of Mindfulness
Jake Romaniello from the Learning Commons will offer the weekly series "Foundations of Mindfulness" in March. All sessions will be in from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in Olin 109.
Black History Month Ted Talk
The Multicultural Programming Board will be holding a Black History Month Ted Talk with two student speakers: Tavian Cervantez and Kira Banks. There will be free food and prizes.
Student recital: Sarah Lisak, flute
Sarah Lisak will perform a recital on the flute. Lisak is a senior from Frankfort, Ill., majoring in environmental studies and biology.
Donuts and Declarations
Students interested in declaring a major or minor in education are encouraged to come meet the education department faculty, have any questions answered, and have declarations signed while enjoying doughnuts.
Microaggressions and Disabilities
Kam Williams, director of the Office of Disability Services, will present "Microaggressions and Disabilities."
Oratorio: "Karkinos"
The Quad City Symphony Orchestra will present "Karkinos," a dramatic oratorio by Augustana's Dr. Jacob Bancks.
The QCSO commissioned the work in collaboration with Living Proof Exhibit to provide hope and celebration for those with cancer and all who love them.

They wanted a Womanist dictionary. So they wrote it.
Two students from Vietnam saw how they could explain Womanism to a broader audience.
Catholic Mass
A Roman Catholic Mass is said every Sunday from 8-9 p.m.

Black Culture Showcase
The African Student Association, Dat Poetry Lounge and other student groups will present a Black Culture Showcase from 1-6 p.m. Learn about black history and culture with interactive activities, dancing and trivia.
