Students, alumni present Titanic: the Musical

Augustana College will present "Titanic: the Musical" April 28-30 and May 5-7. 

Augustana announces commencement weekend speakers

Dr. Al Bowman '75, president emeritus of Illinois State University, will deliver the address at Augustana College’s 157th commencement convocation on May 21. Pastor Paul Bailie '04, pastor at Iglesia Luterana San Lucas in Eagle Pass, Texas, will deliver the sermon at Augustana’s baccalaureate service earlier that day.

TriBeta open forum

TriBeta biology honor society will hold an open forum with members of the St. Thomas Aquinas Guild of the Quad Cities.

Salute to Veterans

The Augustana Veterans Support Group and the Augustana Greek Council invite the public to join a special program honoring veterans. All veterans in attendance will be introduced and recognized.

Careers in International Development and Non-Governmental Organizations

CORE will host an information workshop primarily for sophomores and juniors (though all are welcome) who may be interested in an international development or an internship or career with a non-governmental organizations.

Surviving the Real World: Let's Talk Budgets

The Office of Multicultural Student Life will offer a presentation by Erin Bailey of Wells Fargo: "Surviving the Real World: Let's Talk Budgets."

Students can learn about financing to pay off student loans, and tools and resources to meet financial goals.

Communication Studies Open House

The Communication Studies Department will be hosting an open house from 3-5pm for students interested in learning more about the program. 

Cookies and coffee will be provided. 

Another open house will take place on Tuesday, April 25 from 3-5pm.

Greek Study Session

There will be a study session sponsored by Greek life. Multiple tutors with varying majors will be present.

Anyone is welcome. Food and drink will be provided.

The next Greek study session will be held on April 30 from 7-8:30pm.

Pho Night

The Vietnamese Student Association will host Pho Night. There will be food, dancing, games, Vietnamese calligraphy and more. 

Tickets will be sold in the Brew for $7 this week.
