In compliance with the Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act, the state of Illinois requires an annual report of crimes that may be a violation of Title IX but may not fall under the Clery Act for a variety of reasons, including geography or the nature of the incident.

This annual report, known as the Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act Annual Report, is required for the Attorney General but is not required to be made public. The Annual Report includes any disclosures that are made to an employee of the college in a calendar year and may include crimes that took place off campus.
