Soprano Jessa Simon will present a voice recital. She is a junior theatre major from New Lenox, Ill.

The Augustana Percussion Ensemble will perform, directed by Tony Oliver.

162nd Commencement

Augustana College will hold its 162nd Commencement Convocation at 2 p.m.  Doors will open at noon for those who need accessible seating. Doors will open to the public at 12:15 p.m. 

Student recital: Anthony Zavala, composition and flute

Anthony Zavala will perform a flute recital featuring his own compositions, with the Flute Choir, Sax Quartet, Wind Band, Clarinet Choir, Wind Quintet and Senior Ensemble.

It Begins with A!

It Begins with A! is a traditional Admissions event for for admitted students to meet others who have chosen Augustana, and those still deciding. 

Harp Studio Recital

Augustana harp students will perform in a studio recital with solo and harp ensemble performances.

The Vagina Monologues

Augustana College will present a performance of personal monologues by Eve Ensler on topics including sexual experiences, body image and accepting yourself.

Dr. Emily Landon: 'From Pandemic to Endemic'

Dr. Emily Landon ’99 will present "From Pandemic to Endemic."

Organ Studio Recital

Students from the Augustana organ studio will present a recital of hymns and repertoire they have learned over the semester. 

Junior recital: Maria Coulter, soprano

Junior Maria Coulter, soprano, will offer a voice recital, also featuring soprano Abriana Tereza.

Coulter is from Peoria, Ill., majoring in vocal music performance and communication studies.

Tereza is a sophomore from Schaumburg, Ill., majoring in vocal music education.
