        Celebrating a trailblazer: Dr. Vogel’s impact in physics reaches beyond campus
When Dr. Cecilia Vogel came to Augustana in 1992 to teach physics, she was a rarity. Few women earned physics doctoral degrees the year she did, and only a fraction of those went on to teach. Dr. Vogel is retiring this year. Hear from former students on how she impacted their lives.
