Campus celebration of Eid al-Fitr
Eid al-Fitr – the "festival of the breaking of the fast" – is celebrated at the end of Ramadan. Hosted by Global Engagement Team (GET), this event will include snacks and food from South Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.

Iftar is the fast-breaking evening meal of Muslims during the month of Ramadan.
Diwali
Diwali, known as Tihar or Deepawali in Nepal, is a Hindu festival celebrated in Nepal and India. For our Diwali event, we will have a Diwali presentation to educate our audience on why and how Diwali is celebrated.

Set up your Wi-Fi connection remotely
If you have a device that has not yet been set up for Wi-Fi, we recommend doing so before you come on campus. You can set up network access at home or anywhere that you have an internet connection. It will be one less thing to do at move-in.
Study Abroad Fair
The Office of International and Off-Campus Programs will host an informational fair from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. to promote the faculty-led J-term study abroad programs for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Five more Vikings named Academic All-Americans — 183 total
Five student-athletes — from hometowns in Illinois, Hawai'i, Texas and Tennessee — are the college's most recent Academic All-Americans. Now with 183 Academic All-Americans, Augustana ranks 14th among the NCAA’s 1,100 schools in DI, DII and DIII across the country.
What I learned my first year at Augustana
During my first year of college, I learned many valuable things that I will hold onto for the rest of my life. I gained insights into independent living, effectively managing my time to complete school tasks and building connections through friendship experiences.
