Spring semester Wellness (Group X) classes begin Feb. 13.

Tuesday and Thursday (in person) Group X Offerings: Carriage House
5-6 p.m. Zumba with Lisa Raya
6-6:30 pm: Total Body Bootcamp with Jasmine Guy

Yoga with Shubhangi Agrawal (virtual):
Monday and Wednesday: 5-6 p.m.
Thursday: 6-7 p.m.
Saturday: 10-11 a.m.
Sunday: 8-9 a.m. (meditation class)
