Students in the ALIVE program will curate an exhibition as part of their research. The exhibition will run through May 17.

He is a former Moline teacher and coach, and superintendent of Rock Island-Milan schools.
Leaders for Life Blood Drive
Augie Athletics is partnering with Impact Life to host a blood drive from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Ken Anderson Academic All-American Club.
River Readings: Paige Lewis
Poet and novelist Paige Lewis will be the April 23, 2026, River Readings guest at Augustana.
Cultivating Culture
The Office of Student Cultural Connection will be cultivating culture across campus from 5-7 p.m. Augie Acres and the Sierra Club will lead the planting of various flora at each of the culture houses, and offer craft activities.
Geography Department Map & Munch
Clayton Wassilak '19, former president of Augie Acres, will give a presentation about his time working at the garden, his current career as a ecological restoration technician, and sustainability issues.
Sierra Club Social
The Augustana Sierra Club will host a gathering to discuss environmental awareness, sustainability and climate action. Local environmental groups, including Eagle View Sierra Club, River Action and ETC will have with information about their work.
APEP trivia night and silent auction
The Student Prison Education Club (SPEC) will host a trivia night and silent auction to benefit the Augustana Prison Education Program (APEP), helping raise funds for students' books and supplies.
Augustana Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Lab Band
The Augustana Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Lab Band will perform, directed by Dr. Joel Linscheid.
Nahant Marsh Spring Cleanup
Join the Nahant Marsh team for the annual spring cleanup from 9-11 a.m. Work will focus on cleaning along Wapello and South Concord streets by the marsh. This is a family-friendly cleanup.
