Augustana Choir to tour Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas in March
The Augustana Choir, under the direction of Dr. Jon Hurty, will perform concerts in Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas March 22-28, followed by a home concert on April 5 in Davenport.

This band provides concert band experience for all interested students, and can be a credit or non-credit course. The band rehearses twice weekly and presents a concert every term.
Formed more than 30 years ago, the Augustana Concert Band the largest music ensemble at Augustana. In addition to offering a balanced approach for ensemble involvement, the band also provides an opportunity for students who play in the Symphonic Band or Symphony Orchestra, or who sing in one of the choirs, to perform on a second instrument.

On Nov. 23-24, more than 200 alumni, parents and friends of the college attended the 150th anniversary celebration of the Augustana Symphonic Band (ASB). Participants came to campus from as far away as British Columbia; Washington, D.C.; the Netherlands; Dallas; Colorado; and California.
The Augustana Symphonic Band (formerly the Augustana Concert Band) will celebrate its 150th anniversary during a weekend-long celebration Nov. 22-24, 2024.
The Augustana Chamber Orchestra will perform.
