Augustana Choir to tour Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas in March
The Augustana Choir, under the direction of Dr. Jon Hurty, will perform concerts in Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas March 22-28, followed by a home concert on April 5 in Davenport.
From opera to jazz, Augustana ensembles offer student musicians the opportunity to broaden their understanding, skills and love of music. Ensembles provide students with a high level of performance quality and in-depth exposure to music literature across a wide variety of genres and time periods.

On Nov. 23-24, more than 200 alumni, parents and friends of the college attended the 150th anniversary celebration of the Augustana Symphonic Band (ASB). Participants came to campus from as far away as British Columbia; Washington, D.C.; the Netherlands; Dallas; Colorado; and California.
The Augustana Symphonic Band (formerly the Augustana Concert Band) will celebrate its 150th anniversary during a weekend-long celebration Nov. 22-24, 2024.
The Augustana Chamber Orchestra will perform.
